The decision in a minute

Who is this Colosseum tour for?

Why consider it

A fit for visitors wanting Colosseum context while keeping control of the pace and length of their later ruins visit.

A good fit for: A guided amphitheatre visit followed by independent ruins time

Know the tradeoff

The Forum and Palatine have no accompanying guide, and the 90 minutes covers only the guided portion.

Reconsider if: You want the whole three-site route explained

What distinguishes this option: “Colosseum Express Tour” reduces guiding to the Colosseum; “Premium Colosseum Tour” retains the guide through Forum and Palatine for three hours.
